Ice Spice is bringing white hot to the beach in her bathing suit. In one of her latest social media posts, the Munch rapper flaunts her famous figure in a two-piece swimsuit while making a splash by the sea. "Baddest lil bih frm my block," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "Princess of rap," commented one of her nine million followers. How does the rising star maintain her fit physique? Celebwell compiled a list of 6 ways she stays in shape.

One way that Ice Spice stays in shape is through regular dance sessions. She even confessed to Elle that she wants to become a better dancer and start incorporating more twerking moves into her sets. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

It might be hard to believe, but Ice was a college athlete. She confessed to Interview Magazine that she played volleyball while studying in New York.

How did Ice Spice choose her stage name? She was inspired by her love of spicy foods. "I put hot sauce on everything," she told Elle.

Spice maintains that her belief in god helps her keep the haters at bay. "I don't pay too much attention to the noise. I try to focus on the positive. I stay away from the comments section as much as possible, and I just pray a lot. That's it," she told Interview.

While Ice Spice does believe that many girls in the rap game are going under the knife, she isn't one of them. "My whole body's natural, even though some people try to accuse me of surgery. Only thing fake is my teeth, which I got to get redone. And my nails. I be having some fake-ass nails," she told Interview.

"I don't like to party at all. So I only party when I'm getting paid to. It's just not fun for me. I'm not a drinker like that. I like to sip wine, but I don't like to drink hard liquor," Ice told Interview. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks." While red wine is slightly healthier than white, the lighter shade of vino generally has fewer calories than the darker shade.
